Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of HR/People Operations experience.
- Have 5+ years of experience leading global teams.
- Demonstrate a track record of building and scaling people operations functions in complex, multi-regional global organizations.
- Have working knowledge of global employment compliance, including direct experience with works councils or employee representative bodies.
- Be able to move between strategic vision and detailed process execution.
- Bring strong judgment and stakeholder management skills, and comfort making decisions in ambiguity.
- Have experience leveraging AI and automation to improve and streamline operations.
- Bring strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
- Have experience optimizing Workday as a core employee process platform, including data governance, self-service, consolidation, standardization, and workflow optimization.
- Have experience with GreenHouse ATS infrastructure, including equity data and integrations between ATS and HRIS.
- Have experience implementing HR case management tools, including workflow automation, knowledge management, Workday integration, and service catalog management.
- Experience in a high-growth global technology or SaaS company, a public company, or transforming People Operations at scale is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver a multi-year People Operations and Compliance roadmap tied to business priorities, using AI and emerging technologies.
- Standardize, simplify, and automate workflows across the team member lifecycle, with clear ownership, documented standards, and measurable service levels.
- Establish operating models, SLAs, and metrics to improve quality and efficiency.
- Partner with Compensation, Legal, Procurement, People Technology, Talent Management & Development, Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, Payroll, IT, and Internal Audit on strategic priorities.
- Lead the case management platform from intake to resolution, setting service standards, improving response times, and designing escalation paths.
- Lead and develop the global People Operations team, building skills in process design, data fluency, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Oversee global mobility processes, escalate complex relocation matters, and partner with Legal on regulations and compliance.
- Own global employment compliance strategy and audit outcomes, and manage the Senior Compliance Analyst responsible for day-to-day execution.
- Oversee PEO partner administration and lead people operations setup for new entities and global expansion.
