Requirements

  • Have 2–4+ years of relevant experience in field marketing, social media, content, brand, events, or integrated marketing.
  • Bring excellent creative judgment and a strong eye for brand, storytelling, video, and social content.
  • Be comfortable producing and executing content directly, not only managing agencies.
  • Have proven experience planning and delivering events, activations, sponsorships, or field marketing campaigns.
  • Have strong project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Bring a commercial mindset and confidence working closely with sales teams.
  • Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Be proactive and resourceful, and able to take an idea from concept through execution.
  • B2B SaaS, HR tech, or other fast-paced technology experience is desirable.
  • LinkedIn content creation for a B2B brand or senior executives is desirable.
  • Video editing, basic design, or other hands-on creative-production skills are desirable.
  • Experience measuring event ROI, campaign performance, and pipeline impact is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow Remote People’s organic social presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
  • Create video-first content, including short-form videos, employee and customer stories, executive thought leadership, and recurring social concepts.
  • Help develop a modern, differentiated, and human external brand.
  • Own field marketing strategy and execute events across priority markets.
  • Manage event selection, sponsorships, activations, logistics, vendors, and on-site execution.
  • Partner with AEs and SDRs on pre-, during-, and post-event plans that generate meetings and pipeline.
  • Turn events into content and campaigns that extend their reach beyond attendees.
  • Support customer advocacy initiatives, including testimonials, case studies, customer panels, and success stories.
  • Partner with leaders and employees on personal-brand and thought-leadership content.
  • Track performance and use insights to improve campaigns, events, and content over time.
