Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software marketing or marketing within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create demand-generation content across channels.
- Bring strong organizational and project management capabilities and attention to detail.
- Be able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels and across functional teams.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace applications.
- Develop marketing communications for channels such as email and LinkedIn.
- Have working knowledge of marketing automation platforms, particularly Marketo.
- Work independently against aggressive timelines while maintaining high execution standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated field marketing plans for one or two products, including customer and prospect communications, webinars, events, and customer conference initiatives.
- Lead and support marketing programs across multiple channels, coordinating campaigns with broader business objectives.
- Collaborate with product marketing, creative services, sales, strategy, marketing operations, content, product, customer success, public relations, and digital teams.
- Manage planning, logistics, execution, and measurement for webinars, customer meetings, industry events, and other marketing activities.
- Coordinate event programs end to end, including logistics, contract negotiations, communications, speaker management, event applications, and post-event reporting.
- Build and maintain marketing and sales contact databases and support prospect and customer nurture initiatives.
- Support and optimize outbound and digital outreach programs, including email and LinkedIn.
- Own weekly and monthly reporting on marketing programs, campaign performance, event results, and key metrics, and contribute to budget planning and management.
