Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing and/or business experience aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization; or
  • Master's degree and 4 years of relevant marketing and/or business experience; or
  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant marketing and/or business experience; or
  • Associate's degree and 10 years of relevant marketing and/or business experience; or
  • High school diploma / GED and 12 years of relevant marketing and/or business experience.
  • Demonstrated direct people-management experience, including coaching and developing talent, setting priorities, and leading through change.
  • Strong Medical Marketing, opinion leader engagement, and P2P expertise, including Speaker Bureau operations, speaker training, and marketing-led HCP education.
  • Experience leading P2P and marketing-led opinion leader/HCP engagements end-to-end, including congress programs, faculty management, and program design.
  • Experience with agency/vendor management, budget oversight, performance optimization, and MAC review through systems such as Veeva PromoMats.
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Neurology experience preferred; rare disease and launch or in-line brand experience preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking, operational rigor, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Set and evolve U.S. Neurology opinion leader engagement and P2P strategy across gMG and NMOSD.
  • Own opinion leader mapping, segmentation, and engagement planning with Medical Affairs, Field Medical, TLLs, and HCP Marketing.
  • Design and execute the UPLIZNA Speaker Bureau and marketing-led HCP education and P2P programs.
  • Lead speaker recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and ongoing capability building.
  • Lead marketing-led opinion leader engagement at congresses, including ITUs, symposia, and product theaters.
  • Develop and manage P2P materials, including speaker decks, disease-state resources, and case-based materials.
  • Manage P2P and opinion leader engagement budgets, agencies, vendors, timelines, and execution standards.
  • Define performance measures and use field feedback, customer insights, and program data to improve strategy and execution.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members responsible for P2P execution and related Medical Marketing workstreams.
