Requirements

  • Bring 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, strategic events, or integrated marketing.
  • Have experience supporting enterprise sales organizations.
  • Have a track record of developing and executing integrated field marketing and event strategies that drive measurable pipeline, revenue, executive engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Build strong relationships with Sales counterparts and partner with Demand Generation and Product Marketing on go-to-market initiatives.
  • Manage multiple complex, high-impact programs simultaneously with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Use performance metrics and insights to optimize marketing investments, measure ROI, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, vendors, and event production from planning through execution.
  • Have presentation and stakeholder engagement skills for working with executives, customers, and external partners.
  • Be willing and able to travel 25–30% of the time for onsite event management.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, planning, and execution of the North America regional field marketing event portfolio, aligning investments with revenue goals, product launches, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Build scalable event playbooks and operational frameworks for multiple regions and product lines.
  • Evaluate sponsorship opportunities based on audience fit, pipeline potential, executive engagement, and business impact.
  • Develop engagement strategies before, during, and after events for high-value prospects and customers.
  • Manage end-to-end event execution, including budgets, vendors, staffing, creative, production, logistics, and onsite operations.
  • Track engagement, pipeline, revenue influence, and ROI KPIs, using performance data and attendee insights to optimize investments.
  • Develop post-event recommendations to guide future investments and improve event strategy.
