Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or contracts administration.
- Bring hands-on ERP experience; Oracle is preferred.
- Understand order-to-cash, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes.
- Be able to manage multiple complex contracts, deadlines, and billing milestones accurately.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and external customers.
- Be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable building processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Oracle ERP administration experience with Fusion, NetSuite, or EBS is preferred.
- Experience with CRM or CLM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.
- Experience in equipment rental, capital-equipment sales, construction technology, or industrial robotics is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales and rental order lifecycle, from intake and contract setup through close-out.
- Manage concurrent rental contracts, including milestones and billing schedules.
- Configure and optimize Oracle ERP workflows for sales operations.
- Coordinate Sales, Accounting, and customer AP teams to reconcile invoices and support revenue recognition.
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify leads, draft quotes, and support the tactical sales cycle.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and build reporting across pipeline, ERP, and accounts receivable data.
- Identify order-to-cash friction points and implement scalable operational fixes.
- Partner with Finance to project rental revenue, track equipment utilization, and monitor contract health.
