Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of services-related logistics experience.
- Have experience in services delivery or project management.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or have equivalent experience.
- Information security or project management certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Be able to multitask effectively.
- Be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Be willing to learn and use AI-enabled tools.
- Be able to travel up to 15%.
Responsibilities
- Use internal tools and processes to generate service quotes, help scope and track opportunities, and process and close opportunities.
- Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries about professional services.
- Identify and suggest process improvements for the presales service lifecycle.
- Coordinate daily with technical leaders, practice delivery leads, and Sales Support Specialists.
- Manage multiple streams of work in an organized and timely manner.
- Liaise with customers, vendors, outside Sales Executives, and Service Leaders.
- Document and maintain presales workflow processes and procedures.
- Attend regional and national forecast calls and analyze pipelines to support forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate with Service Leaders, Contracts and Proposal Departments, and vendors to process, track, and manage service opportunities.
