- Must have a 4-year degree or 3-5 years event management experience. Prefer 5-7 years event or project management experience.

Requirements
- Have a 4-year degree or 3-5 years of event management experience.
- Be able to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Hold a valid state- or province-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
- Be able to travel internationally and hold a valid passport.
- Have experience using computer applications such as Google Workspace, Google Meet, Google Maps, Google Earth, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
- Have experience creating and maintaining budgets.
- Be able to multitask and work independently.
- Be able to lead and motivate team members and work with staff at all organizational levels.
- Have strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
- Be able to adapt to changing work conditions, delays, and unexpected events.
- Be able to travel at least 50% and expect to be on the road 1-2 weeks per month.
- Be able to stand for extended periods outdoors in varying weather and lift at least 50 pounds.
- Experience with generative AI tools such as Gemini or Claude is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and operating budgets.
- Create or contribute to Concept of Operations plans and update operating procedures.
- Validate operational plans and respond to client operations issues.
- Create and deliver training programs for assigned project staff.
- Compile after-action reports and event summaries for review.
- Manage projects according to contractual requirements and address client requests and concerns.
- Monitor project budgets, support reforecasting, and recommend adjustments to maintain financial performance.
- Forecast staffing needs, assign tasks, and communicate shift times and check-in procedures.
- Coordinate event paperwork and support timely workforce payment.
- Identify opportunities to improve operations and layer additional services for clients.
