Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy & Operations, SDR/BDR Operations, or a related GTM operations function.
  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Sales workflows and operating rhythms, including pipeline generation, lead management, qualification, routing, handoffs, forecasting, productivity, and funnel conversion.
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems.
  • Ability to connect business requirements, workflows, data, and systems and translate solutions into clear requirements for technical partners.
  • Experience building reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics used by leaders.
  • Strong focus on data quality, process consistency, and operational health.
  • Track record of redesigning inefficient processes and driving adoption of new workflows, systems, or ways of working.
  • Comfort leading onboarding, training, or enablement programs.

Responsibilities

  • Own Sales workflows, processes, performance management, reporting, and cross-functional handoffs.
  • Map day-to-day workflows, identify friction, and redesign broken processes.
  • Translate desired workflows into clear requirements for GTM Systems and operational partners.
  • Define Sales metrics and reporting frameworks, and build dashboards, scorecards, and inspection mechanisms.
  • Establish standards for data quality, process adherence, documentation, and operational health.
  • Partner with GTM Systems and RevOps to ensure Salesforce and other GTM systems support business operations.
  • Translate business goals and performance data into actionable insights for Sales leaders.
  • Coordinate process, system, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market changes, supporting implementation and adoption.
  • Partner with Sales leadership on onboarding, training, workflows, and ramp experiences.
