Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, Software Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Have direct, hands-on experience implementing, supporting, or architecting solutions on the UiPath Platform.
- Know enterprise automation technologies, software development practices, cloud platforms, integrations, APIs, and enterprise architecture concepts.
- Have hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-powered solutions, including prompt engineering, tool/function design, agent orchestration, and output validation.
- Be able to diagnose complex technical challenges and develop practical solutions in ambiguous situations.
- Balance technical advisory work with hands-on troubleshooting, development, configuration, or solution design.
- Bring strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and customer-facing consulting skills.
- Be able to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and drive work to completion with minimal oversight.
- Contribute reusable assets, best practices, and enablement for the Client Success team.
- Preferred: experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, orchestration frameworks, RAG, MCP, or Intelligent Document Processing.
- Preferred: experience with UiPath Agent Builder, Maestro, AI Center, Communications Mining, Document Understanding, or Integration Service.
- Preferred: programming experience in .NET, C#, Java, or Python, and cloud experience with Azure Government, AWS GovCloud, or Google Cloud.
- Preferred: federal civilian government experience and familiarity with FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-53, ATO processes, and government security requirements.
- Preferred: active security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-or-higher clearance; a relevant bachelor's degree is also preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build working proofs of concept, agent prototypes, and automation accelerators in federal customer environments.
- Develop reusable POC templates, deployment accelerators, and agentic solution patterns.
- Own the technical success of strategic federal civilian customers as their primary technical advisor.
- Guide customers in maturing automation and Agentic AI programs and realizing adoption and mission value.
- Assess customer environments, identify technical risks and opportunities, and drive actions to accelerate adoption and reduce risk.
- Advise on platform architecture, infrastructure planning, deployment, upgrades, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct technical health checks and maturity assessments for scalability, governance, reliability, and adoption.
- Provide hands-on support, solution development, proof-of-concept creation, troubleshooting, and code reviews.
- Partner with customer technical teams to design compliant solutions using automation, AI, orchestration, and integrations.
- Collaborate with UiPath product, support, engineering, services, infrastructure, and security teams to address customer challenges.
