Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product management experience.
- Show a track record of delivering high-quality SaaS/B2B and AI products.
- Have strong technical skills and experience shipping AI products.
- Write and iterate on prompts, evaluate outputs, and drive systematic quality improvements.
- Proactively reach out to customers, synthesize feedback, and partner with go-to-market teams.
- Use qualitative user signals and quantitative data to inform roadmap and prioritization.
- Have a deep interest in and knowledge of the evolving AI/ML ecosystem.
- Be open to using AI to improve work efficiency and impact, applying sound judgment.
Responsibilities
- Own agentic document, policy, and procedure creation and editing workflows, as well as agentic gap assessments.
- Build Agent workflows that surface recommendations and complete relevant actions for customers’ security programs.
- Understand customers and the market, and translate their needs into Agent experiences that address compliance challenges.
- Partner with design and engineering to establish consistent interaction patterns across chat, inline actions, and background automations.
- Deliver products that address customer pain points in AI-powered GRC.
- Help shape the product team as it grows.
