Requirements
- Have 7+ years of Product Management experience within SaaS or equivalent relevant experience.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Have a proven track record of taking new products or significant capabilities from idea to market.
- Bring ownership across product discovery, development, launch, and optimization.
- Have expertise in product discovery and modern product delivery methodologies.
- Have experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and aligning Product, Engineering, commercial, and customer-facing teams.
- Have hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools to improve research, documentation, workflow efficiency, ideation, prototyping, or validation.
- Demonstrate strong customer-discovery skills and the ability to uncover unstated customer needs.
- Have experience working with large, complex datasets and using data to inform product decisions.
- Be able to develop business cases and connect product investments to measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Be able to influence without authority and move teams from discussion to decision and execution.
- Healthcare technology experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for products and capabilities within the regulatory portfolio.
- Identify opportunities in the health plan regulatory market through customer discovery, market research, user feedback, and exploration of unmet needs.
- Take new products and capabilities from discovery and business case through development, launch, adoption, and optimization.
- Develop business cases for product investments, including the customer problem, market opportunity, expected value, and measures of success.
- Translate healthcare, regulatory, customer, and business needs into product and operating requirements.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on strategic value, customer impact, business opportunity, and technical feasibility.
- Partner with Engineering throughout discovery and delivery to make tradeoffs and build scalable, performant solutions.
- Use customer insights, product data, market intelligence, and complex datasets to guide product decisions.
- Use AI/LLM tools to support research, ideation, requirements, prototyping, validation, backlog refinement, and documentation.
- Align stakeholders and partner with go-to-market teams on positioning, launch strategy, sales enablement, and product adoption.
