Requirements
- Have 5+ years of pre- or post-sales experience within the software industry.
- Have 3+ years of demonstrated pre- or post-sales experience working with enterprise customers.
- Bring a strong technical background and sales/customer orientation.
- Be fluent in English.
- Have an interest in or previous experience with performance monitoring tools for infrastructure, applications, web or mobile, or user experience.
- Be able to keep project plans and documentation up to date.
- Be willing to learn new technologies.
- Familiarity with Java, .NET, Ruby, C, Python, Node.js, or Golang is a bonus.
- Exposure to or interest in Kubernetes, containers, microservices, DevOps, or CI/CD is a bonus.
- A background in mobile device platforms and architectures (iOS and Android) is a bonus.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent, is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Own customer adoption, onboarding, and continued success across the customer base.
- Forecast customer consumption and document opportunities and successes.
- Lead adoption, optimization, and integration of New Relic for customers.
- Partner with Sales to identify revenue opportunities through service upsells and contract renewals.
- Represent customers’ needs to product and engineering.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customers’ businesses and how they use technology to grow.
- Own technical customer relationships and solve technical problems in real time.
- Travel as required for this field-based role.
