Requirements

  • Have 2+ years of professional experience in account management, customer-facing, or related roles.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field or have equivalent education and work experience.
  • Demonstrate strong relationship-building skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • Identify customer needs and provide thoughtful solutions.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bring strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
  • Demonstrate integrity and ownership of outcomes.
  • Be able to quickly learn and apply SaaS products.
  • Be proficient with standard business tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Have a basic understanding of the construction industry or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Be willing to travel as needed for face-to-face account meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client relationships by understanding customer needs, providing ongoing support, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth through upselling, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Identify retention risks early and address customer concerns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution, and ongoing value delivery.
  • Use data and insights to reinforce product value and overcome objections.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Care to meet client needs and improve outcomes.
  • Advocate for clients internally and communicate their feedback.
  • Train and guide clients on product usage through demos, onboarding support, and best practices.
  • Achieve retention, renewal, upsell, and engagement metrics, and document client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Build knowledge of products, industry trends, and best practices.
