Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in software and/or SaaS sales to large enterprises.
- Have a BA/BS or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrate a track record of consistently exceeding sales goals.
- Be able to travel within the United States.
- Experience with information security and online privacy is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key clients across industries.
- Create value-add through regular touchpoints.
- Craft reports on utilization and value-add stories.
- Partner with the Client Success Team to deliver corporate and individual client engagement.
- Research and build relationships within existing accounts, including with executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the BlackCloak Executive team to connect clients with senior leadership.
- Achieve ARR goals and develop strategies to maintain renewal rates and meet renewal timelines.
- Meet and exceed upsell targets.
- Prepare and deliver account renewal and revenue expansion forecasts.
- Work with account executives to support new corporate client onboarding and transition to account management.
