Job Details

Have 1-2 years of experience in sales, client success, or account management.
Have experience with small-tier clients.
Have a college degree.
Demonstrate motivation for sales and commitment to the team mission.
Have strong oral and written communication skills.
Be proficient at prospecting and online profiling.
Have skills in influencing, negotiation, and closing.
Have knowledge of the technology industry and technical savviness.
Have experience with a CRM; Salesforce is preferred.
Be willing to travel occasionally.
SaaS platform, apps, analytics, data, or database experience is preferred.
Knowledge or experience working in the faith sector is highly preferred; knowledge of church staff roles and dynamics is a plus.

Build relationships with targeted clients via phone and email communication.
Inform clients about new products, features, and the value of the Subsplash platform.
Develop solutions tailored to client needs.
Help clients succeed in using and implementing Subsplash products.
Stay educated on industry information and educate clients.
