Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, Customer Onboarding, or Customer Success.
- Bring experience preferably from SaaS, healthcare, or a related industry.
- Manage a high-volume customer portfolio while maintaining attention to detail, organization, and prioritization.
- Use CRM dashboards, case queues, reports, or similar tools to organize workflows and conduct proactive customer outreach.
- Communicate professionally with customers by phone and email.
- Demonstrate follow-through and accountability while managing multiple priorities and commitments.
- Use a structured approach to managing large volumes of customer information and activity.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to shared goals.
- Dental industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage a large portfolio of single-location dental practices, focusing on retention, account health, engagement, and expansion opportunities.
- Use dashboards, reports, alerts, and CRM workflows to identify at-risk accounts and conduct timely outreach.
- Monitor activation, product utilization, engagement, and renewal readiness, and take proactive action when accounts show signs of risk.
- Develop and execute customer campaigns to increase product adoption, scanner utilization, and engagement.
- Support new-doctor activation within existing practices and identify opportunities for additional scanners or product expansions.
- Build relationships with practice managers and other stakeholders through responsive phone and email communication.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer questions, training needs, and troubleshooting support.
- Partner with Account Managers and Customer Experience teams to resolve escalations and complex customer needs.
- Document account notes, customer interactions, and next steps for relevant teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Training, Operations, and Marketing on customer experience and process improvements.
