Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or a similar customer-facing B2B software role.
- Have meaningful ownership of customer accounts.
- Demonstrate the ability to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with senior customer stakeholders.
- Translate customer goals into measurable business outcomes and use data to demonstrate value.
- Use sound judgment to manage customer issues through resolution.
- Quickly understand software products, integrations, and customer workflows.
- Demonstrate account planning, documentation, follow-up, organization, and attention to customer commitments.
- Take responsibility for outcomes and follow through without requiring constant direction.
- Show genuine interest in how AI can transform customer workflows and business operations.
- Automotive dealership or dealership technology experience is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM, DMS, BDC workflows, service scheduling, communications, and fixed operations.
- Experience with multi-rooftop dealer groups, technical integrations and troubleshooting, customer reviews tied to measurable outcomes, or AI technologies such as LLMs, voice AI, or automation platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer kickoffs through go-live for individual dealerships and multi-rooftop groups, coordinating requirements, integrations, training, timelines, stakeholders, and launch.
- Assess product usage, identify opportunities to increase adoption, and connect usage to measurable dealership outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with dealership leaders and day-to-day operators, including Dealer Principals, GMs, GSMs, BDC leaders, and Service Directors.
- Lead regular customer check-ins and business reviews with clear metrics, priorities, action items, and follow-through.
- Identify potential issues, coordinate with product and engineering, and drive escalations through resolution while keeping customers informed.
- Identify opportunities to expand successful deployments across additional workflows, departments, and rooftops.
- Translate dealership feedback into structured input for product and engineering, and identify patterns across accounts.
- Improve onboarding, training, customer management, renewal, and expansion processes.
