Job Details

Have 3+ years managing a Mid-Market book of business.
Demonstrate success in retention, renewals, and relationship management.
Independently manage complex, multi-location accounts with minimal oversight.
Translate technical solutions for stakeholders with varying technical depth.
Understand customer goals, identify risks early, and prioritize across a diverse book of business.
Communicate empathetically and directly while preserving trust and long-term relationships.
Manage competing priorities and evolving processes, and follow through in ambiguous situations.
Identify and drive expansion opportunities using customer context, usage data, and sound judgment.
Identify and escalate risks, activating playbooks and internal partners to protect retention.
Analyze customer metrics and translate insights into clear, data-driven recommendations.
Have experience mentoring or informally supporting newer CSMs, or a clear interest in growing into that role.
Experience in the salon, spa, or wellness industry is a plus.

Own post-onboarding customer relationships and guide customers toward sustained value from the Boulevard platform.
Monitor account health and risk signals and execute contract renewals.
Run structured check-ins, business reviews, and account planning for a Mid-Market book of business.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders across each account.
Surface customer feedback, trends, and risks internally to inform product and cross-functional action.
Identify opportunities to improve product adoption and drive upsell and cross-sell.
Support newer CSMs with complex account situations and escalations.
