Requirements
- Have 3–5+ years of professional experience in customer success, account management, pre-sales, customer support, or a related client-facing role.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate qualification; business, economics, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for communicating with a range of stakeholders.
- Be able to present high-level business information and detailed product or service demonstrations.
- Understand complex business concepts and processes; experience with regulatory compliance, supplier risk, or credit risk use cases is preferred.
- Have a basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and curiosity about using Copilot and ChatGPT to improve processes and efficiency.
- Be interested in agentic AI systems and willing to develop knowledge of responsible AI practices, risk management, and ethical use.
- Be able to analyze customer behavior and product usage to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Build trusted customer relationships, understand client needs, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Work independently and collaboratively with strong organization and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Own customer success across an assigned portfolio, including adoption, account health, satisfaction, and retention.
- Advise customers on industry best practices, training opportunities, webinars, user events, product releases, and other relevant resources.
- Lead onboarding, kickoff meetings, status calls, and strategic business sessions.
- Contribute to strategic account plans to retain and grow customer relationships year over year.
- Partner with Account Managers to execute customer success strategies and align on success criteria.
- Analyze customer product usage and present utilization insights and recommendations.
- Identify, track, and proactively address customer opportunities and risks.
- Maintain product knowledge and support customer training and adoption; help create and maintain end-user training resources.
- Coordinate customer-facing initiatives with marketing, product development, and other teams, including testimonials and beta-testing opportunities.
- Contribute customer insights to internal initiatives and travel as needed, up to 25% of the time.
