Requirements
- Have 3+ years of cloud software engineering or related technical experience.
- Have experience working with SQL databases and data analytics.
- ClickHouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrate success delivering high-quality products to market.
- Use analytical skills and data to inform product decisions.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive development of initiatives on the ClickHouse Cloud product roadmap.
- Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and security teams on project scope and timelines.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve cross-team blockers and dependencies.
- Provide project status updates to leadership and the broader company.
- Work with marketing and sales on feature launch strategy, including documentation, positioning, messaging, and pricing.
- Deliver pre-launch enablement sessions for sales and support teams.
- Maintain internal and external documentation and help sales and support address customer questions and feedback.
- Define and track project KPIs, report progress, and analyze product usage and performance data.
- Use the product regularly to identify and suggest incremental improvements.
