Requirements
- Have 8+ years of professional experience in Product Marketing or a closely related role, including direct Senior Product Marketing Manager experience.
- Bring experience in B2B SaaS and/or fintech.
- Demonstrate a track record of successful product and feature launches, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
- Have experience supporting channel sales or indirect distribution, including sales enablement for teams selling through partners, advisors, or professional firms.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Bring strategic and analytical capabilities and experience working with market research and analytics teams.
- Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Have experience developing sales enablement tools and presenting to leadership.
- Manage complex projects end-to-end in a highly matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive go-to-market strategies that deliver on business goals by solving customer problems and translating insights into executable plans.
- Develop product expertise and understanding of customer workflows, partnering with Product to influence roadmap and feature development.
- Represent accountants by translating their needs, journeys, and segments into messaging and programs.
- Lead audience segmentation, positioning, and messaging to guide go-to-market efforts.
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution, align cross-functional stakeholders, secure resources, and support launches.
- Manage end-to-end projects and coordinate execution across matrixed teams.
- Partner with Sales to deliver enablement content, tools, and processes that drive adoption and address competition.
