- Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support is welcome but not required.
Responsibilities
- Guide older adults and their caregivers through the intake process.
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and families reaching out to Sailor Health.
- Help patients match with the right therapist.
- Support patients throughout their journey into care.
- Manage multiple patients at different stages of the process.
- Help patients and caregivers feel supported during difficult or emotional conversations.
