Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in brand activation, integrated marketing, social, influencer/creator, community, experiential, partnership, or consumer marketing, on the brand or agency side.
- Bring a track record of building modern, social-first consumer brands, with examples of work that drove attention, conversation, engagement, and brand relevance.
- Have significant social media experience and a strong understanding of social platforms, creators, trends, communities, and how brands earn attention.
- Have experience working across multiple areas such as social, influencer/creator, partnerships, experiential, and community.
- Be able to take a brand strategy or brief, turn it into a clear plan, and lead the work from idea through execution.
- Have experience managing and developing people and leading agencies, contractors, creators, and other external partners.
- Bring strong creative judgment and the ability to explain ideas clearly, give direction, and bring people along.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Translate brand strategy into social, creator, influencer, partnership, experiential, and community programs.
- Develop plans, programs, and experiences that bring the brand to life and encourage people to talk about and share it.
- Create ways for consumers to discover and connect with the brand and its community.
- Identify relevant creators, partnerships, events, conversations, and opportunities across social, culture, and consumer behavior.
- Connect social, creator, partnership, community, and real-world experience work so the efforts build on one another.
- Lead and develop the team by setting priorities, giving feedback, and creating accountability.
- Coordinate internal teams and external agencies, creators, partners, and specialists to move work from idea through execution.
- Set goals, assess performance and consumer feedback, and apply learnings to future decisions.
