- Have meaningful ownership of customer accounts.
- Demonstrate the ability to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with senior customer stakeholders.
- Translate customer goals into measurable business outcomes and use data to demonstrate value.
- Exercise sound judgment and manage customer issues through resolution.
- Quickly understand software products, integrations, and customer workflows.
- Apply account planning, documentation, follow-up, organization, and attention to customer commitments.
- Take responsibility for outcomes and follow through without requiring constant direction.
- Show genuine interest in how AI can transform customer workflows and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer kickoffs and rollouts through go-live, coordinating requirements, integrations, training, timelines, stakeholders, and launch.
- Identify opportunities to increase product adoption and connect product usage to measurable dealership outcomes.
- Build relationships with dealership leaders and day-to-day operators.
- Lead regular customer check-ins and business reviews, tracking metrics, priorities, action items, and follow-through.
- Identify potential customer issues, coordinate with product and engineering, and drive issues through resolution.
- Identify opportunities to expand successful deployments across workflows, departments, and rooftops.
- Translate dealership feedback into structured input for product and engineering, identifying patterns across accounts.
- Improve onboarding, training, customer management, renewal, and expansion processes.
