Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent relevant years of experience.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a business development or customer success role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
Problem-solving and analytical abilities to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a track record of achieving goals.
Valid US driver's license in good standing.
Position is remote/work from home and requires up to 33% travel.

Implement strategies and processes that support customer satisfaction and retention.
Own account relationships, strategy, and pricing, including contract renewals and RFPs.
Build relationships with decision makers and school district personnel.
Identify retention and service risks and develop mitigation plans.
Use product and service knowledge, problem-solving, and training to support customer engagements and generate revenue.
Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews to understand goals and challenges and provide tailored solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to access resources and facilitate customer solutions and tools.
Share customer needs, ideas, and challenges with internal teams.
Advocate for solutions and product enhancements that meet customer needs and support growth.
