Requirements

- 2+ years of experience managing a team of customer success professionals.
- Strong analytical skills and experience applying customer success best practices in the technology industry.
- Experience implementing processes that drive customer success.
- Presentation skills, including data reporting internally and leading external EBRs.
- A proven track record of driving customer retention, growth, and advocacy for end users.
- Strong understanding of the customer life cycle and customer success principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency with customer success platforms and CRM systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success professionals through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Support CSMs with complex contract renewals, expansions, and upsells, collaborating with Sales and other teams to drive retention and growth.
- Develop and implement data-based customer success strategies to improve satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- Analyze customer data and health trends to mitigate churn risks and identify product and service improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Operations to design and test workflows for customer segments.
- Present team performance and customer insights to Director-level leadership, with strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to customer success playbooks, best practices, and training materials.
- Manage workload distribution, capacity planning, and resource utilization.
