Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations; B2B or B2B2C SaaS experience is preferred.
- Advanced AI skills, with extensive experience building agents that integrate into daily workflows.
- Deep Salesforce expertise, including architecting reporting structures, writing developer-ready requirements, and understanding data modeling.
- Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to translate GTM business needs into precise technical requirements for development teams.
- Fluency with modern GTM tools such as Gong, Salesloft, Highspot, and Asana, including reporting and analytics across platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to build, interpret, and communicate performance data to executive audiences.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Finance, and Data.
- Ability to travel up to 10% annually as needed.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain GTM reporting dashboards and KPI frameworks in Salesforce and AI tools, including Claude.
- Deliver strategic analysis that identifies pipeline risk, coverage gaps, and opportunities, and turn recurring analysis into self-serve workflows.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and KPI tracking through accurate, complete, and standardized data.
- Partner with GTM leaders on process design, documentation, and management.
- Collaborate with GTM Enablement on change management, training, documentation, and adoption tracking.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Salesforce development and bridge GTM teams and developers.
- Manage reporting across Salesforce and connected platforms such as Gong, Salesloft, and Highspot.
