Requirements
- Be comfortable with high-volume outbound activity.
- Be able to write cold emails that get replies.
- Be comfortable speaking by phone with executives.
- Be able to handle rejection.
- Understand how to use AI for more than drafting emails.
- Have enough interest in crypto to follow it independently.
- Ideally, have carried and achieved an outbound meeting quota.
Responsibilities
- Run outbound outreach through email, phone, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and warm introductions.
- Make cold calls and conduct initial qualification conversations.
- Book qualified meetings for sellers and hand them off with enough context to prepare.
- Leverage the DAS conference to generate qualified meetings.
- Document what works to help build a scalable BDR system.
