Requirements
- 12+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience.
- A strong track record in healthcare and experience selling to healthcare technology organizations.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market and how healthcare data is created, managed, exchanged, and used in technology products and solutions.
- Demonstrated success hunting for and closing new business, including developing leads, building pipelines, navigating complex sales cycles, crafting proposals, and closing high-value subscription or recurring-revenue accounts.
- Current understanding of technology and AI, with the ability to discuss how AI and emerging technologies depend on high-quality, well-structured healthcare data.
- Experience with clinical terminology, healthcare data quality, code sets, or clinical domains such as medications, labs, and problems is a plus.
- Familiarity with knowledge graphs, NLP, or related data and AI technologies is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging technical, business, and executive audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including using data and customer insights to shape sales strategies and recommendations.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with an interest in opening new markets and creating opportunities.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform and experience using CRM data to manage pipeline and sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities with healthcare technology organizations.
- Build and execute account and territory strategies to generate new business and achieve revenue goals.
- Engage business, product, technology, and executive stakeholders to understand customer challenges and connect them to IMO Health’s capabilities.
- Navigate complex, solution-oriented sales cycles, address objections, and collaborate with internal teams to shape solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite and senior technology and product leaders.
- Build and manage a revenue pipeline, progressing opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Deliver presentations, proposals, and sales materials that communicate the business and technical value of IMO Health’s solutions.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data and report on pipeline, opportunities, and expected revenue.
