We work with over 20 universities, including Tufts, Harvard, and Tulane, launching more than 50 online and hybrid programs. Noodle has also raised $142 million over 8 funding rounds from lead investors like BlackRock and Owl Ventures, enabling us to pioneer solutions in the lifelong learning market.

How We Work

You will join a fully remote company that values flexibility and embraces diverse perspectives. We prioritize an inclusive and supportive environment, fostering creative curiosity and continuous growth. Our physical office in NYC's Chelsea Piers serves as an option, but you will mostly work from the comfort of your home office. We use user-friendly tools and platforms for seamless communication and collaboration. This culture is driven by a passion for education, supporting partners, and making a tangible difference.

Technology at Noodle

Our technical approach empowers universities with resilient, responsive, and interconnected platforms. We build products like "Noodle Engage" for student navigation and "Noodle Dialogue" for conversational learning, all deployed via our "Noodle Manage" platform for performance insights and AI-driven analysis. You will work with a robust tech stack, leveraging SSL by Default, LetsEncrypt, Google Cloud, and Amazon hosting. We are constantly exploring and integrating AI tools like Claude to streamline workflows and unlock new possibilities, focusing on data-driven decision-making and optimization to enhance the educational experience.
