Requirements
- At least 5 years of services-related logistics experience.
- Experience in services delivery or project management.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools.
- Information security or project management certifications are a plus.
- Able to travel up to 15%.
Responsibilities
- Use internal tools and processes to generate service quotes, scope and track opportunities, and process and close them.
- Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries about professional services.
- Suggest process improvements for the presales service lifecycle.
- Coordinate daily with technical leaders, practice delivery leads, and Sales Support Specialists.
- Serve as a liaison among customers, vendors, outside sales executives, and service leaders.
- Document and maintain presales workflow processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and customers.
- Attend regional and national forecast calls and analyze the pipeline to support forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate with service leaders, contracts and proposal departments, and vendors to process, track, and manage service opportunities.
- Manage service opportunities in Salesforce.com and Jira to support accurate forecasting reports.
