Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry, MIPS.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence behavior.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
- Negotiation and conflict-management skills.
- Approximately 15% travel is expected.
- Preferred: Knowledge of or applicable experience in one of Nextech’s main medical specialties.
- Preferred: Knowledge of medical clinic workflows.
- Preferred: Understanding of HIPAA and PHI.
Responsibilities
- Manage MIPS clients who have purchased recurring consulting services.
- Host remote consultations with clients and prospects on MIPS best practices.
- Serve as the internal industry expert for MIPS as it relates to Nextech’s specialties.
- Provide ongoing customer feedback to Product Management for product enhancements and corrections.
- Collaborate with the Consulting team to develop and maintain MIPS best practices.
- Identify, triage, and report bugs and assist with workarounds.
- Maintain customer retention for recurring consulting services and 75% billable utilization.
- Maintain projects, opportunities, and client-related events in Salesforce.
