Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, implementation, project management, business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, including the ability to build, analyze, and validate reports.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions.
- Experience managing projects from problem identification through delivery.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional discussions, driving alignment, and managing risks or escalations.
- Experience creating process documentation, training materials, and operational resources.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau or similar business intelligence tools.
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel; Google Workspace or Microsoft Office experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Preferred: experience supporting SaaS implementations, customer onboarding, or professional services.
- Preferred: experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, technology, or enterprise software, and with process improvement, automation, or operational efficiency initiatives.
- Preferred: experience with Jira or other project management tools and familiarity with change management and process adoption.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and validate data from Salesforce, Tableau, and other sources to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and operational insights.
- Build reports and analyses for Implementation leadership, with clear and actionable recommendations.
- Identify and manage operational improvement opportunities and strategic initiatives from problem identification through delivery.
- Gather requirements, develop solutions, manage risks and dependencies, resolve blockers, and measure project outcomes.
- Maintain project documentation, status updates, and visibility through Jira and other project management tools.
- Evaluate and improve processes, developing scalable solutions involving tools, automation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements, coordinate solutions, and validate delivered solutions against operational needs.
- Create process documentation, guidance, and supporting resources, and design and deliver training for new processes, tools, and operational changes.
- Identify risks, blockers, and opportunities, and determine when escalation is appropriate.
