Requirements
- Have 2+ years of progressive experience in SaaS support and/or implementation.
- Be fluent in Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Have experience with Salesforce.
- Have experience with Google Docs and MS Office tools.
- Be proficient in leading external customer engagements.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team across global regions and time zones.
- SaaS deployment experience with security software is preferred.
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com is preferred.
- French language skills are preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a project-management-related field, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee initial deployments for new customers and expansion deployments for existing customers.
- Tailor Keeper’s solutions to each customer’s needs and objectives.
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns.
- Identify and address project risks and issues, escalating to engineering when required.
- Communicate with Spanish- and English-speaking customers verbally and in writing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer configurations, customizations, and communications.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product development to improve solutions.
- Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently and deliver them on time and within scope.
- Communicate project status and progress to customers and internal stakeholders.
