Requirements
- Bring 3+ years of experience in Operations, Account Management, or Sales.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Use sound judgment and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Demonstrate accountability, ownership, and attention to business results, quality, and metrics.
- Balance strategic thinking with attention to tactical details.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and facilitate meetings with diverse viewpoints.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize conflicting assignments with minimal supervision.
- Influence and collaborate across organizational levels and functions.
- Organize multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills and make timely decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead timely customer onboarding execution according to customer needs and objectives.
- Manage day-to-day communication and collaboration with customers and internal vendor, service, and operations teams during strategy implementation.
- Partner with customers to understand their business issues and related needs.
- Recommend Diversion (Recycling) and Brokering (Savings) plans to customers where appropriate.
- Implement Broker and Diversion plans to fit customer needs.
- Manage and update internal workflows to track customer activities and approvals.
