Requirements

  • Full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment or overachievement.
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals end-to-end.
  • Comfort selling products without established pitches, case studies, or a polished objection-handling library.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools; HubSpot is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport across organizational levels.
  • Ability to synthesize customer feedback and share it in a structured way with product, marketing, and leadership.
  • Strong organization and ability to manage time, pipeline, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical, resourceful, and creative approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.
  • Ability to learn new products quickly as the product suite evolves.
  • Previous experience selling vertical SaaS to service-based businesses or field service management software is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of the pool service industry or related home service businesses is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and qualify prospective customers and existing Skimmer Pros, tailoring outreach to their relationship with the company.
  • Lead discovery conversations to identify customer pain points, goals, and opportunities.
  • Stay current on the product roadmap and communicate what is available and coming next.
  • Demonstrate multi-product solutions, with the goal of attaching payments to every customer account.
  • Connect customer needs to solutions, align stakeholders, handle objections, and drive deals to close.
  • Build and manage a disciplined pipeline of opportunities.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing to grow pipeline and improve execution.
  • Share field insights with product, marketing, and leadership to inform positioning, pricing, and roadmap.
