Job Details

Have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Bring a strong track record recruiting for technical or engineering roles.
Have hands-on experience sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
Have experience using an ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter; Ashby experience is a plus.
Demonstrate communication and stakeholder-management skills for partnering with technical hiring managers.
Be comfortable working in a small, fast-moving talent acquisition function at a scaling company.
Preferred: Experience recruiting for manufacturing, defense, or government-contracting organizations.
Preferred: Familiarity with ITAR/export-control or security-clearance considerations in technical hiring.
Preferred: Experience recruiting for both engineering and production-floor roles.

Source and build pipelines of qualified technical and engineering candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles, including passive-candidate outreach.
Manage assigned technical requisitions through the full recruiting lifecycle in Ashby, from intake through offer.
Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit and guide them through the interview process.
Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define candidate profiles, and align on interview processes and scorecards.
Provide pipeline updates and market and talent insights to hiring managers and leadership.
Support offer strategy and negotiation with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Maintain pipeline data and hiring metrics in Ashby.
Represent CMG’s employer brand at relevant recruiting events and contribute to improvements in recruiting processes and tools.
