Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical onboarding, or a technical customer-facing role.
- Experience working in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
- Comfortable working at high volume and pace, managing repeatable motions across many accounts.
- Confident presenter to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong ability to qualify and prioritize tasks quickly.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals including hardware, software, databases, networking, and security.
- Solid understanding of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards.
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) or digitally-led customer motions.
- Experience delivering onboarding, enablement, or one-to-many sessions at scale.
Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations based on qualified sales opportunities.
- Manage in-platform free trials with coaching sessions to prove value.
- Conduct kick-off sessions and manage technical onboarding for new customers within a 60-day window.
- Deliver one-to-many enablement activities such as webinars, workshops, and Cyber Digital Bootcamps.
- Support phased migration of customers to the Immersive One Core platform.
- Partner with Inside Sales and Customer Operations to maintain efficient workflows.
- Advocate for customer needs to internal product, content, and engineering teams.
