- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar in the Cybersecurity space.

Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar in cybersecurity.
- Have a strong understanding of SaaS models and cybersecurity concepts.
- Bring curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Demonstrate the ability to converse with and build rapport with practitioners and executives.
- Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working with Channel Partners in the EMEA region is an asset.
- Experience in Technical Consulting, Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, or DFIR is an asset.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CJCA, CDSA, CPTS, CEH, OSCP, or CISSP are an asset.
- Prior experience with the Hack The Box platform is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver tailored product demos to prospects and existing clients.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on deal strategy and technical wins.
- Plan and guide customers through value-led trials and evaluations of Hack The Box offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer technical stakeholders.
- Conduct Hack The Box workshops and professional trainings.
- Develop subject matter expertise in Hack The Box content.
- Provide technical, story-based consultations and deliverables to clients.
