Job Details

Have prior experience in recruitment, sales or the BPO industry.
Be familiar with digital recruitment tools, job boards and social media platforms.
Have fluency in English.
Be proactive and comfortable working independently.
Have an entrepreneurial, results-oriented and commercial mindset.
Take ownership of work, pipeline and performance.
Be ambitious and motivated by achieving results.

Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with Atlean World.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking and other channels.
Conduct pre-screening and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Present shortlisted candidates to the Atlean World internal recruitment team.
Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Build and manage a candidate network across international markets.
Identify new sourcing opportunities, markets and recruitment strategies.
Track performance and work toward personal and financial goals.
