Requirements
- Proven experience shipping production software in the last two years as a developer.
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM applications with users, error handling, and cost management.
- Experience working directly with non-technical teams as an internal-facing engineer (e.g., solutions or GTM engineer).
- Ability to analyze messy data, build metrics, and defend them to executive leadership.
- Experience running cross-functional programs or champion networks to create accountability without direct authority.
- Strong written communication and the ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Experience with accounting, professional services, or B2B software markets is a plus.
- Familiarity with MCP server development, Claude API, agent frameworks, or identity providers like Okta is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Ship internal automations and agents to remove manual work across Sales, CS, Implementation, Support, and Operations.
- Build and extend an MCP server routing proxy for secure, authenticated AI access.
- Manage AI access provisioning, connector security reviews, and spend dashboards across all AI tools.
- Develop and track an ROI framework measuring adoption, efficiency, and cost, partnering with Finance for budget accountability.
- Lead the AI champions program to facilitate peer enablement, skill submissions, and department-level adoption.
- Train teams on AI workflows, maintain a shared library of prompts, and document tools in an AI wiki.
- Define and report on key AI performance metrics including cost, adoption, delivery, and quality.
