Requirements
- Fluent with AI products, including how they work and market patterns.
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, go-to-market strategy, or product marketing.
- Experience working alongside product and engineering teams.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex or emerging products from development through launch and adoption.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Track record of building repeatable, cross-functional operating models.
- Strong product and commercial judgment.
- Ability to move fluidly between strategy and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining success measures.
- High judgment and comfort operating in ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Create visibility across Toast’s broader AI efforts and run portfolio ops.
- Build Toast’s AI presence by partnering with internal teams on launches and content.
- Turn high-impact ideas into action and drive work from concept to tangible outcome.
- Help shape the AI portfolio strategy by defining customers, use cases, and launch plans.
- Build an AI-powered engine to synthesize market/product signals into actionable business improvements.
- Monitor the fast-moving AI market and translate emerging patterns into strategic implications.
