- Hire, develop, and manage a global team of Solutions Engineers.
- Define and continuously improve technical sales methodology, including discovery frameworks, qualification criteria, and POC playbooks.
- Partner with Account Executives to set technical win strategies and close high-value deals.
- Lead strategic accounts: conduct discovery, design POCs, and deliver executive-level presentations.
- Build a library of reusable assets such as demo environments, reference architectures, and integration templates.
- Act as the technical authority for complex enterprise opportunities, including security and compliance reviews.
- Synthesize market feedback and competitive intelligence to influence Product and Engineering roadmaps.
