Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a consulting position or strategy operations role.
- Experience working across multiple geographies.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
- Deep understanding of supply/demand dynamics, incentive design, and growth levers.
- Ability to prioritize quickly and execute new initiatives in ambiguous environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide data-driven insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing complex projects and multitasking.
- Background in loyalty programs, incentive programs, or merchandising preferred.
- Ability to work proactively with minimal guidance.
Responsibilities
- Develop actionable business analysis to provide consistent information to functional leads and stakeholders.
- Deliver data-driven insights using SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to translate business goals into program requirements and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities, design experiments, and develop plans to scale proven levers.
- Build tools and provide data support to enable team decision-making.
- Create materials to communicate strategy and business performance to key stakeholders.
- Manage cross-functional workstreams across product, marketing, data science, finance, partnerships, and business operations.
