Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in workforce or capacity planning, forecasting supply and demand, or scaling service delivery teams.
  • Proven ownership of complex operational programs with direct accountability for outcomes like revenue, gross margin, or utilization.
  • Strong analytical fluency with ability to investigate performance, identify trends, and translate data into action.
  • Strong business and financial acumen regarding operational decisions, revenue, and unit economics.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and align leaders.
  • Strong self-direction and prioritization skills for managing multiple workflows.
  • Track record of transforming complex or manual processes into documented, repeatable operating systems.
  • Practical experience using AI for operational analysis, automation, or process improvement.
  • Hands-on operating style including ability to build lightweight solutions and test processes.
  • Excellent executive communication skills to present recommendations and tradeoffs.
  • Experience with SQL, Google Apps Script, Looker, BI tools, or building internal tools is a plus.
  • Experience in telehealth, behavioral health, K-12, or health plan partnerships is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own workforce management across clinician capacity planning, retention, utilization, and credentialing throughput.
  • Take direct accountability for revenue, gross margin, and unit economics.
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify performance trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities.
  • Establish performance management processes and clear KPI visibility.
  • Oversee operational workflows and service levels in partnership with clinical leadership.
  • Continuously optimize access, utilization, retention, and cost efficiency.
  • Build capacity planning systems for supply and demand management.
  • Turn manual operational activities into documented, repeatable, scalable systems.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage a broad operational backlog and present recommendations to executive stakeholders.
