Requirements
- 5-10+ years of professional experience in business operations, strategic operations, chief of staff, consulting, finance, or program management.
- Strong business judgment and ability to break ambiguous problems into actionable work.
- Proven track record of improving team planning, coordination, and execution.
- Strong quantitative skills with experience building models and synthesizing operational data.
- Ability to partner with senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to operate with limited structure.
- Experience at a high-growth technology company or rapidly scaling startup.
- Fluency with AI tools and workflow automation.
- Strong ownership and follow-through on key initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve the company operating system, maintaining planning, reporting, and decision-making rhythms.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives by clarifying owners, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Support strategic planning by translating company goals into operating plans and tracking progress.
- Improve internal processes by identifying bottlenecks across GTM, product, infrastructure, finance, and recruiting.
- Build decision support through analyses, dashboards, models, and materials for leadership.
- Increase execution visibility to identify off-track work and areas requiring intervention.
- Partner with leadership on special projects and operational priorities.
- Ensure alignment by managing information flow between teams.
- Leverage AI and automation to reduce manual work and increase team productivity.
