Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical compliance.
- At least 2 years of direct responsibility for transparency/aggregate spend reporting.
- Experience managing third-party funding processes (grants, sponsorships, memberships).
- Hands-on experience with aggregate spend technology platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault, Concur, MedPro, Medispend, Porzio).
- Familiarity with PDMA sample accountability requirements.
- Experience administering compliance training programs and LMS systems.
- Deep working knowledge of Sunshine Act/Open Payments regulations and state transfer of value laws.
- Strong understanding of the PhRMA Code and OIG guidance.
- Up to 10% travel required.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation and optimization of aggregate spend and transparency reporting systems.
- Develop data governance protocols, reconciliation processes, and quality controls.
- Act as business owner and liaison for IT and vendor partners.
- Manage external funding review processes for grants, sponsorships, and memberships.
- Administer sample accountability programs in accordance with the Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA).
- Develop and deliver compliance policies, SOPs, and training programs.
- Identify compliance risk areas and develop proactive solutions.
