Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the protective security industry, law enforcement, or similar government service.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience managing diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Must be based in California, Nevada, or Arizona.
- Must be eligible to obtain a California BSIS Armed Guard Card and CA CCW.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Monday.com.
- Experience developing and delivering protective protocols at the organizational level.
- Experience working with contract staff and employees to provide protective services.
- Exceptional professional judgment, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with recruitment to identify and place top-tier embedded employees in client programs.
- Serve as the primary manager throughout the embedded employee lifecycle, including performance management, timesheets, and expenses.
- Act as the primary relationship manager between Concentric and client managers.
- Provide in-person management and direct Executive Protection support for complex security operations.
- Design and draft proposals, including budgets for client needs.
- Oversight and development of GSOC operations and scheduling.
- Identify gaps in processes and resources and develop methodologies to address them.
- Maintain local security licenses to provide armed and unarmed security work.
