Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in law enforcement, military, or physical security.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of physical security frameworks and operational environments.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Monday.com.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and professional judgment skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of approximately 40 embedded professionals, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Conduct regular employee check-ins to monitor performance, job satisfaction, and well-being.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Concentric and client managers to ensure program alignment and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to screen and place top-tier talent into client programs.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to embedded staff to resolve challenges and ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Coordinate security-specific training and ensure employees maintain necessary certifications.
- Review timesheets and expense reports while implementing performance evaluations and improvement plans.
